Description:		Stunning Old Tourist Sterling Silver Mexican Belt Buckle from "Plata De Jalisco". In addition to the above marking is an eagle mark, 925 and the initials VHLC/ GuadMex. (Guadalajara Mexico) Western Saddle in the center with a beautiful etched design on the rest of the buckle. Weight is 50.2 grams. The eagle mark was used between 1948 and 1980. Taxco and Guadalajara and Mexico city have a long history of beautiful and inventive jewelry designs in sterling silver.
