The DeLizza & Elster company are the makers of Juliana jewelry that is highly collectible today.  Unsigned jewelry that used high quality stones and terrific color combinations.  This type of jewelry was made by the DeLizza & Elster company for years but was only identified as Juliana with hang tags in 1963 and 1964.  Most of the Juliana bracelets were made with 5 links but they also made straight bracelets, clampers and clampers that opened from the side.
