stones are prong set high quality Swarovski Austrian Crystal
rhinestones so there is no need to worry about stones falling out.
Tacs are really fun pieces. They are small pins that can be worn
either individually or in groups on shoulders, lapels, sleeves, cuffs,
caps, etc. They are attached with fasteners like those on post
earrings as opposed to traditional pins.
